활력저하 및 뒷다리 힘빠짐으로 내원하여 MRI 촬영하였으나 정상.

TP 6.5g/dl, TNCC 5450/ul

Neutrophil 64%, mononuclear cell 36%
TP, TNCC의 증가가 확인되며, 도말상에서 windrowing이 다소 감소한 점으로 볼 때 점성이 감소하여, 이를 종합하면 염증소견으로 판단.
염증세포의 비율은 호중구가 다소 증가하여 suppurative arthropathy로 분류되며,

퇴행성변화나 세균이 관찰되지 않고, 호중구의 비율이 현저히 높지 않은 점을 고려시 세균감염의 가능성은 낮은 것으로 추정.
