anisocytosis가 명확하고, multinucleated cells가 많이 존재하며, lightly basophilic cytoplasm을 보인다.
cutaneous histiocytoma 혹은 cutaneous histiocytosis을 의심할 수 있다.

* Histiocytoma

canine cutaneous histiocytoma, cutaneous hisiocytosis, sytemic hitiocytosis 에서 보이는 증식성 histiocyte의 특징은 모두 유사하다.

이 연속하지 않는 세포들은 주로 원형이지만 불규칙하거나 아메바형태로 존재한다. 핵은 대부분 원형이나 타원형으로 편심으로 존재한다. 염색질은 고운 점상으로 존재하며, 대부분 말초혈액 단핵구의 염색질과 유사한 형태를 보인다. 세포질은 대부분 풍부하고, 창백한 청색을 띄며, 특별한 과립이나 공포는 확인하기 힘들다.
