1)CBC
- Leukocytosis
- Anemia (regenerative)
2)Chemistry
- Mild hypoalbuminemia
- Moderate elevated ALP activity (due to dexamethasone or PDS injection)
- Increased total bilirubin concentration
- Azotemia
3)Electrolytes
- Mild decreased total calcium concentration

4. Thoracic X-ray
- Heart : LA slightly bulging, VHS-9.5

5. Abdominal X-ray
- Renal calculi : Lt. & Rt.
- Mild hepatomegaly

6. Abdominal ultrasonography
- Liver : cyst
- Spleen : mild splenomegaly (heterogenous echotexture)
- Kidney : Lt. & Rt. spackle sign, calculi, cyst
- Adrenal gland : Lt.-0.34 cm
- Prostate : hyperplasia

wet 상에서 autoagglutination, 염색 상에서 spherocyte 5-10% 관찰.

Anisocytosis, polychromasia, nRBC.

RBC는 keratocyte, acanthocyte, codocyte가 종종 관찰되며, liver disease, renal disease 등을 고려할 수 있음.

Heinz body 및 eccentrocyte도 간혹 관찰되고 있으며 endogenous oxidant에 의한 손상이 의심됨.

재생반응은 관찰되지 않음.

대부분의 호중구에서 grade 2 toxic change.
