1. Oral mass
다수의 괴사된 세포가 관찰되며, intact한 세포들은 round 형태로 주로 관찰되고 일부는 spindle 형태를 보임.

세포충실도는 매우 높은 편이며, 탈락양상은 개별적 혹은 cluster를 이루어 관찰되고 있고 간혹 eosionphilic matrix가 관찰됨.

일부 세포에서는 blue black color의 clumped pigment가 관찰되고, 간혹 macrophage내 탐식된 pigment가 관찰됨.

Marked anisocytosis, macrokaryosis, multinucleation, macronucleolisosis, angular nucleoli 등 악성소견을 보이고 있음.

2. Cervical mass
전반적으로 구강종괴와 세포학적인 양상은 유사.

구강시료에 비해 괴사소견은 적은 편.

3. Rt limb mass
낮은 세포충실도를 보이고 있으며, 주된 세포는 spindle cell로, 종종 eosinophilic matrix와 연관되어 관찰되며 mesenchymal origin의 종양으로 판단된다.

Mild anisocytosis를 보이고 있으며 악성소견은 뚜렷하지 않은 편임.

구강 및 경부mass와 관련된 전이된 종양일 가능성도 배제할 수는 없으나 세포학적인 소견은 이들 mass와 차이를 보이고 있어

별개의 종양으로 추정됨.

Histopathological findings:

-Intermediate grade malignant melanoma
-Mitotic index : 16
- T3 N1 M0로서 Stage III
