개에서 면역매개성 혈소판 감소증(immune-mediated thrombocytopenia, IMT)은 일반적으로 프레드니솔론 투약 등의 면역억압치료법으로 잘 치료되는 질병이나, 드물게 심각한 출혈을 동반하며 통상적인 치료법에 잘 반응을 하지 않을 수 있다. 이에 vincristine이나 사람 면역글로불린 G(human IgG, hIgG) 등의 투약이 권장된다. 본 원저에서는 면역매개성 혈소판 감소증인 개에서 vincristien과 hIgG 두 치료 약물의 효과에 대해 전향적 연구(prospective study)를 실시하였다...
